What cameras do you support?

Anything that shoots video. iPhones, DJI drones, GoPros, Sony, Canon — if it records video, we can work with it.

How do I upload that much footage?

We'll send you a high-speed upload link. Most projects finish uploading in a few hours. You can also ship a hard drive if you prefer.

Will this work with my editing software?

We export timelines that open natively in Final Cut Pro and DaVinci Resolve. Premiere Pro support is coming soon.

What if I don't use editing software?

We're building a rendered video option — finished films you can just watch. Join the waitlist and we'll notify you when it's ready.

How is this different from a highlight reel?

Highlight reels just pick "good" clips and string them together. First Cut builds actual stories — with a beginning, emotional peaks, and an ending. Your family is the story, not just the scenery.

Can I request changes?

Every project includes one revision round. Want a specific moment featured? Different pacing? More of the kids, less of the architecture? Just tell us.
